This page explains your rights as a customer — both your statutory rights under EU consumer law and our voluntary guarantees, which go well beyond what the law requires.
We're confident in what we sell. Specific guarantee terms — including duration and conditions — are stated on the sales page for each individual product or offer. Those terms apply as described at the time of your purchase.
To request a refund: email tommy@yinandyangmethod.com with your name and order details. We process refunds within 5–10 business days.
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, EU consumer law grants you a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase — no reason required.
However, for digital products delivered immediately (such as downloadable ebooks or immediate access to online content), this right expires once you begin download or access — provided that at checkout you explicitly confirmed your request for immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is waived upon that delivery beginning.
Important: Even if the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies to your purchase, any voluntary guarantees stated on the relevant product page remain in effect and may substantially exceed statutory protections.
If you wish to withdraw from a purchase (within the applicable period), send a clear written statement to:

You may use the following model withdrawal statement (not required — any clear statement works):
"I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of [product name], ordered on [date], under order number [order number]. Name: [your name]. Email: [your email]."
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal and process your refund promptly — within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
